ÖZET
Cebir, öğrencilerin anlamakta zorland›klar› bir derstir. Öğrencilerin, cebirsel kavramlar› ve konular› anla- maktaki yetersizliklerini etkileyen bir çok faktör olabilir. Bu çal›şmada, cebirin öğrenciler taraf›ndan anlaş›lmas›n› zorlaşt›ran nedenler üzerinde durulmuştur.

ABSTRACT
Algebra is a difficult object for students to be comprehended. There may be many causes which ef- fect the student’s inadequatence in understanding algebraic concepts and subjects. In this study we consider the causes which makes it difficult for students to learn algebra.
