How to Register

To Register

  1. To register first sign in the Manuscript Management System and enter your title, name, surname and fill in other related fields in New Membership tab.
  2. After logging in the system, click the “Arrange link in the Profile tab. Then fill in your personal information including your research area of associate professorship. Please remember to click “Save” link after making changes in each section.
  3. If you wish to review manuscripts in Hacettepe University Jounal of Education, select “Yes” link for the question of reviewing on the left side of the screen and then save your changes.

To Submit a Manuscript

  1. After logging in with your user name and password, click on Author button  in top menu
  2. Click on Submit a Manuscript tab.
  3. Fill in all required manuscript information. Upload the manuscript in word format. The manuscript should have all information identifying the author removed to allow them to be sent anonymously to referees. Manuscript file must be smaller than 2 MB.
  4. After you have successfully filled in all sections, click on Submit button.
  5. You will receive a successful submission confirmation. Please wait for the message of “Your manuscript has been successfully submitted.”
  6. You can check if your manuscript is submitted by clicking on Submitted Manuscripts tab.


  1. You will receive a submission confirmation once you have submitted. You will be automatically notified via email in every phase of review. You can track and view the status of your manuscript at any time by logging into system
  2. Please enter your area of expertise in Associate Professorship field even if you are not an associate professor. This is important as your manuscript will be sent to independent referees based on your stated area of expertise
