ÖZET
Bu çal›şmada üç ilköğretim okulunda öğret- menlerin bilgisayar kullanmay› benimseme h›z› incelen- miştir. Bu inceleme yap›l›rken yeninin benimsenmesine et- ki eden bilgisayar›n alg›lanan nitelikleri ve bir sosyal sis- tem olarak okullar›n baz› özellikleri irdelenmiştir. Bu amaçla 2000 y›l›nda üç okulda 27 öğretmenle gerçekleşti- rilen çal›şman›n devam› olarak 2002 y›l›nda ayn› üç okul- da 31 öğretmenle görüşme yap›lm›şt›r. İki y›l içerisinde bilgisayarlar›n kullan›m oranlar›nda okullara göre farkl›l›k- lar görülmüştür. Bu farkl›l›ğa etki eden dört öğe öne ç›k- maktad›r: Göreli yarar, gözlemlenebilirlik, okullarda bilgi- sayar kullan›m›n› özendiren ve engelleyen faktörler.

ABSTRACT
In this study, the rate of adoption with respect to computers was examined in three primary scho- ols. During the research, the factors such as perceived att- ributes of computers and some characteristics of schools which have an effect on the rate of adoption were taken in- to consideration. For this purpose, in 2000, 27 teachers and in 2002, 31 teachers from the same schools were intervi- ewed. Changes in the ratio of computer use were identified over two years. Four factors which might be effective in the differences were: relative advantage, observability, factors which are encouraging and hindering the use of computers in the schools.
