ÖZET
Bu çal›flman›n amac›, ilkö¤retim matematik ö¤retmenli¤i program›nda ö¤renim gören ö¤retmen adaylar›n›n matemati¤e ve matematik ö¤retimine yönelik öz-yeterlik alg›lar›n›n ö¤renim görülen üniversite ve üniversite s›n›f seviyesine göre anlaml› bir fark oluflturup oluflturmad›¤›n› incelemektir. Bu amaç do¤rultusunda, Ankara’n›n ilkö¤retim matematik ö¤retmeni yetifltiren iki üniversitesinde, 1., 2., 3. ve 4. s›n›flarda ö¤renim görmekte olan 358 ö¤retmen aday›na, matemati¤e yönelik öz-yeterlik alg›s› ve matematik ö¤retimine yönelik yeterlik alg›s› ölçekleri uygulanm›flt›r. Çal›flma sonunda, her iki gurupta ve farkl› üniversite seviyelerinde ö¤renim gören ö¤retmen adaylar›n›n matematik ö¤retimine yönelik alg›lar› aras›nda anlaml› bir fark bulunamam›flt›r. Di¤er yandan, ö¤retmen adaylar›n›n matemati¤e yönelik öz-yeterlik alg›lar›n›n ö¤renim görülen üniversite ve üniversite s›n›f seviyesine göre anlaml› bir fark gösterdi¤i bulunmuştur.

ABSTRACT
The purpose of this study is to investigate pre-service mathematics teachers’ mathematics and mathematics teaching efficacy beliefs in terms of the differences with respect to the university attended and university grade level. In this sense, self-efficacy beliefs toward mathematics and mathematics teaching efficacy beliefs scales were administered to 358 freshmen, sophomore, junior, and senior pre-service teachers enrolled in an undergraduate program at two public universities in Ankara. Results revealed that there is no significant difference between mathematics teaching efficacy beliefs of pre-service teachers with respect to attended university and university grade level. On the other hand, there is a significant difference between pre-service teachers’ efficacy beliefs toward mathematics with respect to attended university and university grade level.
