ÖZET
Bu ara ştı rman ı n amac ı KKTC’de Sa ğlı k Bakanl ığı na ba ğlı hastanelerde, hem ş irelerin i ş güçlü ğ ü ve i ş doyumu düzeyleri aras ı ndaki ili ş kiyi belirlemektir. Ara ştı rman ı n örneklemini, bir e ğ itim ara ştı rma hastanesi olan Yak ı n Do ğ u Üniversitesi, devlet hastanesi ve 5 özel hastanede görev alan toplam 141 hemi ş re olu ş turmaktad ı r. Kat ılı mc ı lar rastgele seçilmi ş tir. Nicel ara ştı rma yöntemi ile yap ı lan ara ştı rmada, veri toplama arac ı olarak Missed Nursing Care (Kaç ırı lm ış hem ş irelik bak ımı ) ölçe ğ i kullan ı lm ıştı r. Ölçe ğ in geçerlilik ve güvenirlik analizi yap ı lm ış Cronbach Alpha de ğ eri ,92 bulunmu ş tur. Ölçek ile elde edilen veriler madde ortalamalar ı , T-testi ve Anova testi ile analiz edilmi ş tir. Elde edilen bulgular ışığı nda, hem ş irelerin genel i ş doyumunun dü ş ük oldu ğ u sonucu ortaya ç ı km ıştı r. Ayr ı ca hem ş irelerin e ğ itim düzeyine göre iş doyumuna bak ı ld ığı nda ise Sa ğlı k Meslek Lisesi mezunlar ını n i ş doyumlar ını n üniversite mezunu hem ş irelere göre daha yüksek ç ı km ıştı r. Üniversite ara ştı rma hastanesinde çal ış an hem ş irelerin i ş doyum düzeyinin de daha yüksek oldu ğ u ortaya çı kan di ğ er önemli bir bulgudur.

ABSTRACT
The purpose of this research is to determine the relationship between job difficulty and job satisfaction levels for nurses working in hospitals affiliated with the Ministry of Health in TRNC. The sample for the research includes a total of 141 nurses from Near East university hospital which is a training research hospital, national hospital and five private hospitals. The participants for the research were picked randomly. The research was performed using a quantitative research method and Missed Nursing Care scale was used as the data collection method. Validity and reliability analysis of the scale was performed and a Cronbach Alpha value of 92 was found. The data collected with the scale was analyzed with T-test and Anova test. In light of the results it was found that the job satisfaction of the nurses was low. When comparing the job satisfaction based on the education level of the nurses, the graduates from the medical vocational high school had higher job satisfaction than nurses with college degrees. It was also concluded from the research findings that nurses working at the university research hospital had higher job satisfaction levels
