ÖZET
Çağdaş
eğitim
denetimidin
amacı,
okul1arda
öğrenme
-
öğretme
sürecinin
geliştirilmesidir.
Bu
bakımdan
eğitim
de-
netrnenleri
eğitim
sistemi
içinde
önemli
roller
oynarlar.
Ancak
bu
alanda
yapılan
araştırmalara
bakıldığında,
uy-
gulamada
"gözlenen"
denetimsel
rol
davranışlarının
"bek-
lenen"
rol
davranışlarına
uygun
olmadığı
görülmektedir.
Bu
makale,
bu
tür
yetersizliklerden
ve
bu
yetersizliklerin
ne-
denlerini
araştıran
bir
çalışmanın
[Burgaz,1992]
sonuçlarından
sözetrnektedir.
ABSTRACT
Contemporary
goal
of
supervision
is
the
improvement
of
the
teaching-learning
process
in
schools.
in
this
respect,
educational
supervisors
play
significant
roles
in
educational
system.
However,
it
is
appeared
that
many
current
super-
visory
practices
are
not
similar
to
perceived
ideal
practices
because
there
are
some
reasons
which
makes
the
actual
practices
inadequate.
This
paper
is
about
these
in-
adequancies
and
tries
to
expose
the
results
and
rec-
ommendations
of
the
certain
research
[Burgaz,
1992]
done
in
the
fielQ
of
educational
supervision.
The
research
at-
tempted
at
determining
the
extent
to
which
the
selected
reasons
influences
the
reasons
of
the
selected
reasons
in-
fluences
the
reasons
of
the
selected
inadequate
supervisory
role
behaviours
by
depending
on
the
views
of
elementary
school
supervisors
and
teachers.
The
research
seems
to
be
impartant
with
the
particular
consideration
of
dealing
with
the
reasons
of
the
inadequate
supervisory
role
behaviours
in
a
more
analytical
way
and
revealing
that
each
in-
adequate
supervisory
role
behaviour
may
have
a
different
reason
and
being
a
conductive
one
for
measures
which
will
take.
