ÖZET
Teknolojinin günlük yaflamda kullan›m›n›n h›zla yayg›nlaflmas›yla bilgisayar ve internet yaflant›m›z›n bir parças› haline gelmifl
ve çok erken yafllarda kullan›lmaya bafllanm›flt›r. Konunun önemi dikkate al›narak bu çal›flmada, ilkö¤retim ö¤rencilerinin internete
eriflim ve kullan›m amaçlar› incelenmifltir. Çal›flmada veriler araflt›rmac›lar taraf›ndan gelifltirilen bir anket arac›l›¤›yla toplanm›
flt›r. Elde edilen sonuçlara göre ö¤rencilerin büyük bir ço¤unlu¤unun interneti s›kl›kla kulland›klar›, yafl büyüdükçe internet kullanma
oran›nda art›fl oldu¤u; “oyun” amaçl› kullan›m›n yafl büyüdükçe azald›¤›, “bilgiye ulaflma”, “oyun” ve “haberleflme” gibi çok
amaçl› kullan›m›n artt›¤› görülmüfltür.
ABSTRACT
Computer and internet has become a part of our lives and has started to be used in early ages as the result of the rapid
widespread of technology in our daily lives. In this study, taking into consideration the importance of the subject, the internet reaching
and usage aims of primary school students were examined. The data was gathered by giving a questionnaire that was prepared
by the researchers. According to the results of the study it was found that most of the learners frequently use the internet, when
they get older, they use the internet more, game- centered usage decreases and multi-purposeful usage such as obtaining information,
communication and game increases.
