ÖGRETMEN YETIşTIRMEDE TEORIYI PRATIGE BAGLAYAN MIKRO- ÖGRETIMIN TÜRKIYE'DEKI Üç ÜNIvERSITEDE DURUMU

ÖZET
Öğretim metodları dersleri teorik ve idealist bilgi1erler yüklüdür. Teorik bilgilerle pratik bilgiler arasındaki boşluğu dolduracak tekniklere ihtiyaç vardır [1]. Bu teknikierden biri olan mikro-öğretim zaman ve öğrenci sayısı açısından kısıtlı. gerçek sınıflara benzetilmiş ortamlarda öğretmen adaylarına öğretmenlik yetenekleri kazandırmayı ve geliştirmeyi amaçlamaktadır [2J. Bu nedenle çalışmanın problemi 'Türkıye'de öğretmen yetiştiren üç üniversitede mıkro-öğretimin durumu nedir?' olarak belirlenmiştir. Çalışmanın evreni olarak İçanadolu'daki üç üniversitedeki (Gazi üniversitesi, Hacettepe Üniversitesi ve Anadolu Üniversitesi) eğitim fakültelerinde öğretim metodları dersine giren öğretim üyeleri belirlenmiştir. Problemi çözmeye yö- nelik bir anket geliştirilmiştir. Anket sonuçları frekans tabloları yapılarak analiz edilmiştir. Sonuçlar doğultusunda mikro-öğretimın Türkiye'de eğitim fakültelerinde öğretmen yetiştirme yetişeğine entegre edilmesi ile ilgili önerilerde bulunulmuştur.

ABSTRACT
Teaching method courses are overloaded with theoretical and idealistic knowledge. Some techniques are required in an effort to c10se the gap between theoretical and practical knowledge [1 J. One of the technique that connects theoretical knowledge into practice is micro-teaching. It provides exercise in developing teaching skills. lt is a teaching situation which is scaled down in terms of time and number of students [2J. The problem of this study is to define the current status of micro-teaching in Turkish Education. Population of this study is the teacher educators who are currently working in three universities of Central Anatolia as teaching method course teachers. A questionnaıre was developed in order to take the views and ideas of method course teachers conceming the status of micro-teachıng ın Turkey. As a result of this study, researcher offers some suggestions related to integration of micro-teaching ınto teacher education programs in Turkey.
