ABSTRACT
The purpose of the this study was to determine the expe
ctation and satisfaction levels
of the students of all
faculties at Hacettepe University with regard to academic se
rvices delivered by the university. The population of the study
consisted of the third year students of ni
ne faculties at Hacettepe University. The
data of the study were gathered through
administration of the “Student
Expectation and Satisfaction Survey” questionnai
re developed by the researchers. Arithmetic
means of the students’ views were calcula
ted by depending on the data obtained. At the end of the study it concluded that
expectation levels of the st
udents were high but satisfac
tion level of them low.
