ÖZET
Bu araşt›rman›n amac›, eğitici bilgisayar for- matör (master) öğretmenlerin profillerini belirlemek ve on- lar›n uygulamada karş›laşt›klar› güçlüklere ilişkin görüşle- rini belirlemektir. Araşt›rman›n verileri, araşt›rmac›lar ta- raf›ndan haz›rlanan bir anket arac›l›ğ›yla, 82 şehirden hiz- met içi eğitime kat›lm›ş 182 formatör öğretmenden elde edilmiştir. Elde edilen sonuçlar, öğretmenlerin çoğunun çal›şt›klar› okullarda yapt›klar› işlerden memnun olmad›ğ›- n›, fazla çal›şma saatlerinden ve izleme çal›şmalar›n›n ye- tersizliğinden rahats›zl›k duyduklar›n› ortaya koymuştur. Öğretmenler özellikle, yöneticilerin okullarda teknoloji kullan›m›na karş› olumsuz tutumlar›n›n destekleyici olma- d›ğ›n› belirtmişlerdir.

ABSTRACT
The purpose of this research was to find out profiles of the formative teachers and their opinions on the difficulties they have faced during the applications in Turkey. The data of this research were collected through a survey that inquired about a wide range of issues among 182 master formative teachers from 82 Turkish cities. The results mainly indicated that most of the master teachers are not satisfied with their on job working position because of the ill organizations at their schools, overload working hours and lack of following up studies. Teachers especially pointed out that the administrators’ attitudes toward using technology at schools were not supportive enough.
