THE COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS OF STUDENTS’ SATISFACTION DEPENDING ON INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS HAVING HIGH COMPETENCE IN THE GLOBAL WORLD

ÖZET
Bu ara ştı rma, küresel dünyada uluslararas ı yeterlili ğ e sahip üniversite ö ğ rencisi yeti ş tirebilme sürecinde, farkl ı demografik özellikler ve farkl ı la ş an e ğ itim alanlar ı nda ö ğ renci memnuniyetlerine ili ş kin kar şı la ştı rma amac ı yla yap ı lm ıştı r. Amerika’daki Kenyon Üniversitesi’nin memnuniyet anketindeki sorular ülkemiz ş artlar ı na uyarlanarak anket olu ş turulmu ş tur. Anket, madde analizi yapmak üzere dördüncü s ını f olan yetmi ş dört üniversite ö ğ rencisine uygulanm ıştı r. Daha sonra anketten üç soru ç ı kar ı lm ıştı r. Sonras ı nda anket, de ğiş ik bölümlerde okuyan iki yüz elli üç dördüncü s ını f üniversite ö ğ rencisine uygulanm ıştı r. SPSS 17.0, Anova, Shaffe ve T-Testi kullan ı larak anketin analizi gerçekle ş mi ş tir. Analiz sonuçlar ı ndan Mühendislik Fakültesi ö ğ rencilerinin memnuniyetinin di ğ er fakültelerdeki ö ğ rencilere göre daha yüksek oldu ğ u ortaya ç ı km ıştı r. E ğ itim düzeyi daha dü ş ük olan ailelerin çocuklar ını n memnuniyet düzeyinin daha yüksek oldu ğ u saptanm ıştı r.

ABSTRACT
This research has been carried out to find out students’ satisfaction depending on demog r aphic features and students’ educational area regarding international students having high competence in the global world. The questions in the questionnaire prepared about satisfaction in The Kenyon University in America has been adapted to our analysis. The questionnaire has been applied to seventy four last year students for material analysis. Afterwards, three questiones have been removed from the questionnaire. Later on, the questionnaire has been applied to two hundred and fifty three last year university students studying in different departments. The analysis of the questionnaire has been done by using SPSS 17.0, Anova, Shaffe and T-Test. From the results, it is found out that the students’ satisfaction of The Engeneering Faculty students is higher than the students’ satisfaction of the ones in the other faculties. It is also seen that those students, whose parents have lower educational levels, have higher student satisfaction
